  I believe I should be a commander because i love playing swat and i want to be able to run events and patrols for fellow swat members to bring more live into the swat team. I promise to be active and run events frequently as well as work in training privates if possible
   
• Explain what you would be giving to the community, once received this role:
  
  I would be giving the community more chances to run exciting swat events like Raid simulations and minigames that will bring attention to the server and swat team and hopefully get more people online
   
• What are some qualities that make you stand out from other Police Officers?
  
  I find myself friendly and generous but in a fair manner, I feel as if I can be a good leader and I would be able to tactically organize raids when need be, My ultimate goal is fun and i never take things too seriously.

  Although I understand my ranks are low, I will always be putting in 110% when it comes to my responsibilities as a swat member

I would go for a +1 but well I have a few complaints about the application.

Your application is quite short. I mean you could of probably spent more time making it longer, As in you could of explained your answered in more detail. As in;

These both are not bad responses, They just need more effort put into them. Like you should go into more detail on why you 'believe' you want the role, Not what you can do with the role.

Overall, I believe you're not a bad fit personality wise.

I just think you can put in more effort into your application.

yes your application is a bit short but it's concise and gets the point across.
I believe you would make a good command member as proven with your staff abilities and if anything it's the best time to have more of them.

Your application is short and that is the only think I have wrong. I don't doubt that you would be a bad command team member but something you can improve on is not limiting yourself to only swat events. You have proven in game that you can earn this type of role.
