Further details: i was building like a bit next to spawn It was right where im standing  

 

Any evidence you can provide: i wasn't blocking spawn at all and sometime it can be a bit weird ive gotten 1 of 3 warnings out of it before for not being close too spawn

Automatic prop warns/blacklists are given when a player repeatedly attempts to block spawn. Because of the sufficient lack of proof such as a video showing you were not blocking spawn, the warn and subsequent blacklist will remain.
