People with more than three hours either play at least once every 7 days or they are banned for 30. That is all. I think the economics here explain themselves. One significant issue I see is our community have lives other than gaming, and enforcing such a strict policy would just lead to unnecessary bans for players who enjoy our server. For instance, like what if someone was in hospital for 2 weeks and couldn't hop on? It wouldn't be fair for them to be banned just because of their life complications. It'd also give a negative reputation about Orbital Servers due to the ban length which would deter players from playing on the server, So I have to disagree with this suggestion.
