Menu is defaulted to food, but can be changed to a drinks menu if need be. Decorative bar dispenser is built into bar area so delete that to make room for a real one if NCM. If Chef kitchen area is next to bar behind fading door (Numpad 1). Build includes dining hall + sofas. Decorative pokies room. Smoking area (complete with milk crates to sit on), and a number of small, decorative touches to make the place feel more alive. Located in the garage building left from spawn. No charge for this one. Just wanna see more decorative bases around the map rather than ugly utility bases.
