Unfortunately, claiming misclick is not a valid excuse to punch someone and avoid punishments, you've provided zero evidence to prove your case as well as logs showing that you punched the person in question 3 times.

You said it yourself in your appeal, you punched a guy and failed to advert/yell crossfire/missclick. If you want to avoid issues like this in the future I suggest binding a yell/advert crossfire/missclick.
