Best high-protein meal prep ideas?

I dont have specific meals for you but here are some high protein ingrediants and foods you can use to make your own meals for a cheap price!


Chicken Breast


Turkey Breast

Stuff like Canned Tuna can be pretty cheap and typically has a decent amount of protein aswell


Protein Up n Go's are usually on sale and have 18g of protein per carton

Greek Yogurt is another good one you can buy a fair amount for about $5-$10


Eggs are a staple for good and cheap protein






All of these nuts have roughly 15-30 grams of protein per 100g
