Further details: I Was Rping as a mob member when a hitman came and was harrasing us i warned him verbally to back away and he didnt so i punched him once. He then stabbed me but didnt kill me so i let it go, i then was just with the mob members standing around when he came back and was in my face again, i then told him to back up or i will kill him to which he "spat" in my face. My friend has since imformed me that in order to warn someone you will kill them you have to do /y 5 secs to back up or ill kill you. I did not know of this and am sorry. I got teleported into the admin interview rooms and chatted with the admin and guy i killed. Bunned then said i had recent rdm warns which i had no clue of and said he must ban me at which point i was banned. I would like to be unbanned because i had given the person many warnings before i killed and i also didnt know about the /y rule. I also didnt know about the apparent warns i already had otherwise i would have been alot more careful while roleplaying. I have been quite active in the server recently and was thinking about donating, i truely didnt know that what i was doing was rdm and i would like to apologize and ask for your forgiveness.

I understand if my appeal is denied and i will take the time to think over my actions.

Hi Jonny Luciano, I banned you for RDM | ARDM in sit | Recent warns. You had recent warning for RDM and you had your guns blacklisted for 12h, because of this recent blacklist you were banned for 3 days as it is protocol. You did not warn them to leave, and it was RDM because he did not damage you in anyway. He spat in your face, this is not assault or any reason to just KOS them. Unfortunately we don't unban people because they have asked for forgiveness. I do accept your apology and I trust that you will have a good idea of the rules on your return. It is for the higher ups to decide what happens to you. This is a valid ban so you most likely will not be getting unbanned.

I dont understand how spitting in someones face isnt assault especially to a member of the mob
