(Provide examples): I was literally Senior Moderator on this absolute amazing server that i would happily give all my money to and encourage everyone else to do... Why do you believe that you deserve this staffing position?: I have great game time and I also plenty of time on my hands, I'm often on when other admins aren't so that would further my ability to help out player's in need along with supervising the server. I have a high reputation amongst the server and a lot of people know I am a fun player to be around without ruining other people's experiences while they play, I am always ready to give my opinions on a situation when it fits, I mainly want this role because I want this community to grow larger and I feel like it would dramatically help if players like myself with plenty of time on the server stepped up and put in a effort to help out other staff members that already have a hard time as it is. Explain your ability to work as a team (Using examples): (IRL) I have plenty of experiences working as a team from things like footy and working at coles these occupations have definitely made an impact on my ability to work as a team as well as dealing with annoying people. (In game) In game I am a DT-XO meaning I regularly work in the detective branch with fellow detectives and give them orders when DT-CO Fetus guy isn't around. What qualities will you bring to the staff team?: I have High maturity and strong work ethic so I will always be prepared to take responsibility when needed, along with this you'll almost never see a day when I'm not on except the odd occasion when I'm to busy doing IRL stuff. wallaby Posted January 28 Share Posted January 28 -1 Yes tony you are a OG member and might have been this role in the past IDK if you were staff but unfortunately, i do not think you are ready or deserve to be staff, you a great guy dont get me wrong but i feel you have only started to replay this week it seems, to me you have shown no effort to earn the staff rank, i have not seen you to much in game. Most of the people you knew aren't as active I imagine, and the community has grown significantly with newer players and having just rejoined the server there are also new rules you have to be aware of. Additionally this application is a tad lacklustre but not terrible. All you really need to do is work on your activity on all platforms and I'm sure your app will improve along side it as you have more things to mention. But as a staff member you also need to show maturity which I can't say much on and I'm sure you already know as you were a staff member. A high understanding of the rules is also extremely important so take the time to reread the rules page and look at any new rules that might have been added (which you may have already done). Derk Posted January 29 Share Posted January 29 -1 Hey tony so Ima be honest with you I do not know you much I have rarely had an interaction with you you may had been and OG member but it has seem that you came back just recently and still have not been as active. Its good that you have 4 weeks with only 2 warns, It shows that you know what your doing and shows that you good experience in darkRP but like other have said I think its a bit too early for you. It is good for OG members to return, but some newer players may not know who you are like myself and I haven't had the chance to have many interactions with you. I do, however, see potential in due time if you keep spending time getting to interact more with the community and reapply in a month's time. As for your application, it is well written and formatted and your low warnings are a good sign that you still continue to follow the server rules since returning. I have no doubt that you'd understand the qualities of a staff member, considering you were part of the team previously. My issues lie within your dedication to the team. I think it's way too early for you to be applying again, as a lot of people really haven't had a chance to meet you properly yet, myself included. I've seen you around in-game once or twice, but that's about it. In addition, the application is very poor. Our standards have gone up since you may have been here, and this means that it's always best to put in as much effort as possible, and to me, this seems very rushed. If you can't put in effort for the application, I can't trust that you'd put in the effort as a staff member. As others have suggested, maybe just wait a little longer. I can see you becoming staff again and with a little more effort, this is completely doable. Come find me in-game sometime, we'll have a chat. I wish you all the best with your application. As Arpo have said the application itself is quite low and standards have gone up.
