Why do you believe that you should be a Commissioner or Commander?:

I believe I should become Commander as I am extremely active on PD and SWAT (with at least a good 75% of my entire game time being PD and SWAT ) and have just recently been approved for training Probational Constables, although as of writing this application I have personally trained 2 probational Constables and I do have experience in training individuals across numerous servers on gmod aswell as other games aswell. Notable games on gmod that I have trained individuals on are Starwars RP servers - Jedi vs Sith + Clonewars RP, Halo RP servers, Military RP servers.

Explain what you would be giving to the community, once received this role:

If I am granted this role I believe I would be able to organize more events for SWAT and PD as a whole, not just including the standard patrol with a raid or 2 but organize events with large groups of people with a stronger rp focus than most other events while still including action for those more inclined to fighting. I believe that should this role be given to me I can also assist in the training of officers who can better assist the lower ranks in all things aswell as present a stronger unity and cooperation within the police department. If the community chooses to give me this role, I believe with my extensive knowledge of the rules for the PD which is a necessity for all officers, I can ensure that punishments for breaking these rules are enforced

What are some qualities that make you stand out from other Police Officers?

-Extremely active on the PD with a strong commitment to RP

-The willingness to openly defy public opinion on a subject and present them with facts on both rules and laws, such as when a law states 2h weapons are illegal this means even if someone has a gun license, they can still be arrested for having a 2h weapon and does not need a warning.

-The ability to assist in promotions and opportunities for promotions throughout the police department. -Strong experience in leading groups across other servers aswell as smaller groups in this server (The Unofficial Task Force Wilhelm - created with myself and 4 other officers which brought down numerous criminal operations ranging from the Drug Trade and Arms Manufacturing to organized Raiding with armed lookouts and saw the promotion of 2 of the members after the arrest or termination of 17 individuals on the first hour of its existence).

+1 After going over everything and I mean everything I've decided you deserve a +1. You're active in the PD discord and Gmod server, you're basically always playing cop, you're extremely mature and can know exactly when to be serious and when to have a joke, you find yourself making PD fun for you and other officers, you're well known, loved and in general a perfect fit for a commander and I'm looking forward to seeing you in the command team. Definitely a +1 from me. I see Wilhelm playing cop basically every time I’m on and as pinto said I think he deserves it the most out of anyone right now because of his dedication to the PD and his understanding of the rules and what is expected of him with this role.

You haven't been around for that long but in the time you have I have seen you do great things in pd your very active, have a great knowledge of the rules as well as the pd rules witch is very impressive, aswell as this Ive seen you take leadership roles in patrols/events I have hosted and you have great leadership qualities, can manage players under stressful situation and still keep your cool and in that note I would happily leave you with the biggest fattest +1

After reading through previous comments i found nothing to say that has not already been mentioned.

I feel confident in the community's opinion on you despite me and you having only a few interactions.

However

I have some concerns on your ability to command, as mentioned you have lead a small task force of which i was witness to which does account for something, however you have no previous command experience within our pd such as dt-xo or 2ic.

 

After much consideration I feel happy giving you a +1, despite your lack of command experience these are skills that you learn quickly.
