I remember standing outside of a base while police were raiding it when a hobo comes in with a terrorist bomb and decimates the entire pd force. I believe bunned was the person who banned the guy for MRDM due to him not being a terrorist but why can a terrorist just drop the entire shtick of the job for shits and giggles? It's like a pd dropping taser/thief dropping lockpick/hacker dropping keypad cracker. Was it intended to recruit temporary suicide bombers for terrorists or are they not supposed to drop it.
