You have an extensive list of warnings, with 3 recent warns for racism and failRP. Along with another 7 warnings, totalling 11 warnings all up. The staff member banned you for the correct amount of time, especially if you factor in your other warns. You cannot kill people without a valid RP reason, becoming a "crime fighter" isn't an excuse to kill multiple people.
