I had my firm take it for a look and they can see the potential. It has a great look for the market. From the living area to the him and her bathroom/onsweet. You get a sense of nature as you walk through the front door as an vast and climatized nature pond/exhibit with an Ugandan akasha tree that sits in the middle really bringing out the floor boards.
