If you could get a free base dupe anywhere on the map where would it be?

Hi, I plan on making a bunch of bases for all around the map and putting the dupes up for free on the forums. If you could have a free base dupe for anywhere on the map where would it be? Also What do you mainly use bases for (Printers, Drug making , Kidnapping etc.)? I have some what of a plan that by maybe giving away a ton of free well built dupes i can help repopulate areas of the map that doesn't usually have bases. So if there are any place's on the map youd base it if you had a dupe for it leme know
