Why do you believe that you deserve this staffing position?: I have been wandering around Gmod for quite a while until something caught my eyes and that's Dark RP i have spend over 900+ Hours purely on dark RP itself and i have gained a lot of experience of how the rules go and how people behave in-game. and i believe with the experience i have and my cool-headed nature i will be able to give a proper judgment in any sit situation i will meet in the future. Explain your ability to work as a team (Using Examples): During this pandemic, we have a lot of Group school project but with this pandemic, it’s sure a real challenge to put everyone together to start doing work that’s where i come in i am fast at reading the situation and i quickly take measures i evaluate every member of my group and give them work according to their abilities while still making sure everyone has a fair amount of work. as a leader, i am open to any suggestion that my member suggests i would then evaluate them and discuss them with my team so we don’t have any miscommunication between each other. What qualities will you bring to the staff team?: As someone that used to lead a team, i believe i can also imply that on the staff team. And seeing how many hours i have spent on dark RP i believe i can use the experience to enhance my judgment during a very complicated sit that i will encounter as a staff member in charge in the future. +1 I have a lot of rp experience with lachie and as far as i am concern lachie is probably one of the most friendliest people i have seen in the orbital server community as for his quality as a staff member i do believe from my experience with him he has a lot to offer for the staff member team. he knows the rules well and always try to enforce it every time he got the chance to do so.

+1 I have a lot of experience in swat with scott and as much as i can tell he lead the swat very well we did multiple raid yesterday and they way he lead the swat member from formation and call out does represent that he's fit as a commander. The app its self are very easy to read and point out the best out of him as far as i am concern scott will make a great commander

+1 I have seen you a lot in pd leading the pd Raid or teaching new comers basic rules in my opinion lachie is a fit for commissioner position for the app it self its written nicely and i dont see any flaws from it well that's about it from me Good luck buddy -Yummy
