-1 my only issue is that I haven't seen you play PD for ages, I haven't seen you interact in the discord and I haven't seen you reply to other comm/cmdr apps. In my eyes although it's only minor it outweighs everything else as activity within PD is a necessity. Other than that, you're respectful, mature, I've never had a bad interaction with you, you're currently a staff member, you're well known throughout PD, in general you're a great fit for a commissioner, you just need to get activity up.

+1 you're active throughout the discord and the forums, you're extremely well known throughout the community, you seem to have a great reputation as someone who loves to have fun and mess around sometimes, you seem to have a great knowledge of the rules as you have low warns and the most recent was from over 5 months ago. Your ingame activity could use some work, I haven't interacted with you much since your return to the server but from what I've heard when people talk about you I'm happy to give this app a +1. -1 I've seen you a little bit, when I saw you in game I noticed you had a lack of knowledge to do with the rules, you've applied right on 2D playtime, you made the forums account to make the app (you need more activity on here), you seem to not be very well known, you only have 6 messages in the discord. (Map, Addons, Discord, Forums, Other): Rules Details/Information about your suggestion: Enforce a harsher punishment for people who know full well they're breaking the rules. Using this as an example, I just got into a sit with Semaj because he had broken the kidnapping cooldown twice, he proceeded to say "I know I broke it I just don't care." He was given a verbal for failrp when he knew exactly what he was doing wrong but chose to do it anyway. How do you think this will benefit the server?: Keeps people who're mingey but still have some dedication to the server from being able to minge too much, would make the server better to play without so many people breaking rules.
