As Thyking said, this is really difficult. All the interactions I've had with you have been positive, and it would be great to have someone else on the command team in the 20's.... However, even though my interactions with you have all been positive, they have been minimal. I just don't think I've seen enough activity in the PD from you yet. I couldn't confidently give you a positive review because I just haven't seen the skills you need to be on the command team from you yet. So unfortunately it is going to be a -1. I would recommend upping your activity and rank, this would show commitment to the PD. I would also recommend exploring becoming a Probational Trainer. This really helps to show your knowledge of the rules and your ability to lead and control a room of in game players. I look forward to working with you in the future.

Hey mate, I had to actually ask around who you were cause I don't think I've had any interactions with you. To me this shows you aren't active enough. I am a bit confused by your app as well, are you applying for commissioner or commander? I would encourage you to increase your activity, make yourself known in the PD, and then look at applying for a command position. Also you state that if you get commissioner/commander you will be able to help train probationals. Being a probational trainer is something you can apply for that is separate from being on the command team. Maybe look into acquiring that role first. -1

Hey Thyking. You are so active and so committed to the PD, probably more than anyone on the server outside the command team. You are a joy to RP with and clearly just an all around great guy. You have clearly put in the work to make your way through the ranks of PD to get to where you are. You are always eager to help and clearly you want to help grow the PD. It's also been great to see you start to become more active as a detective as well. However, in your time as 2IC I don't believe you have yet shown you have the leadership capacities for a command role. And I think this is purely just an age/maturity thing, in my opinion. Yes you have demonstrated your ability to lead patrols and help with hosting events, but where I think you lack the most is in the ability to make being a cop on the server fun. Yes we need to take things seriously and yes we need to follow the rules, but there are times where we need to make being a cop, and even interacting with a cop more fun. As a commissioner you will be representing the PD not just to other cops but to the rest of the server. I think you need to try and be less strict, we need to keep control of things but we need to have fun at the same time. It's okay to not arrest someone just because they committed a small crime and you think they won't do it again. Think of it like the cool cop in real life letting you off for speeding. Our goal as cops should be to keep streets safe, not to see how many people we can arrest. Ragnar said it perfectly as well when he talked about an overall image issue on the server. And although I think you have improved greatly in this area over the last month or so, you still have a ways to go. You are a highly valued member of the PD and I can clearly see you are trying to get better and improve yourself as a cop and a member of the community, I just don't think you are there yet. And because of that I have to give you a -1. Don't let this discourage you, keep doing what you are doing and keep improving as a cop. And I am only one opinion, if you do end up getting commissioner I sincerely hope you prove me wrong. Scoots

Hey Vodka, Just straight away mate a huge +1 You are always a delight to interact with, and I've never had an issue with you. I don't see any reason why not having a mic is an issue. I've had plenty of staff interactions where the staff members doesn't use a mic and they are always fine. You application is very well written and the previous staff experience is a big bonus. I think you would make a great staff member and really benefit the community. Good luck.

Okay firstly, I was genuinely surprised to read that you are 14, you are clearly very mature for your age. Your activity is amazing, I see you on pretty much all the time, and you are always a joy to have around. Only 1 warn, and was from over 4 months ago shows that you know the rules extremely well. Lastly you have clearly put a lot of thought and effort into you app which shows how keen you are for this position. I think you would make an excellent staff member, so a big +1 from me. Good luck!

Hey mate, the comments on here so far seem to be quite mixed. It seems there was an issue on the orbital SWRP server. I'm not sure what happened and I don't really need to know. I do however believe in second chances.... You've been great for the DarkRP server in my eyes. Your work since becoming commissioner has been amazing, keeping incredibly active and hosting events. Based off my experiences with you I think you would make a great staff member. So +1 and good luck.
