I have had many past staffing experiences on many different servers and games including a lot of minecraft servers including a server called Extremecraft with a big player base for 6 months achieving the senior admin role (2017), Minerverse achieving admin role (2017), Minerave achieving senior moderator (2017), Grandrp achieving senior mod role (2018), and a few other gmod darkrp servers i can't remember the name too but there was 2 i became snr mod and admin on in 2019 aswell as orbital for 4 months not too long ago. Even with all this experience I still know I can become a better staff member and grow still. Why do you believe that you deserve this staffing position?: I believe I deserve this staffing position as I am friendly, active, helpful and always follow the rules. I have been playing this server for a while and have seen all sides of it and believe I could be more helpful as a staff member helping players and taking tickets. If I get this rank I will make sure I do everything to the best of my ability and help the server as much as I can. Explain your ability to work as a team (Using examples): As well as all my other staffing experiences I also work as a commercial fisherman in the ocean and that requires a lot of teamwork and requires you to trust your team with your life as well. I also worked in a pizza store for 2 years and was always working as a team. What qualities will you bring to the staff team?: The qualities I will bring to the staff team consist of always being active, helpful, not losing my cool towards other staff and players, being able to communicate properly and being thorough and efficient at handling conflicts within the server. I'm always respectful of others' opinions and take all evidence towards my decisions, I am also never biased towards a certain player or party, and I am also very active within the discord and forums. Your a great guy and a good pd member but in my opinion if your applying for a Commisioner role being atleast a Inspector+ is a massive plus as you will be there aswell as a somewhat understand of the swat regiment as you will have to know their regiment in order to be a commission so I reakon if you took some time to play pd more aswell as swat I would be extremely happy to give you a plus one but for now it will have to be a -1

You haven't been around for that long but in the time you have I have seen you do great things in pd your very active, have a great knowledge of the rules as well as the pd rules witch is very impressive, aswell as this Ive seen you take leadership roles in patrols/events I have hosted and you have great leadership qualities, can manage players under stressful situation and still keep your cool and in that note I would happily leave you with the biggest fattest +1

+6 been playing with Howard for way too long Hes extremely active ingame and in the community, and knows the rules well. aswell as being beside him in the command team and from numourous other times I've played beside Howard I know Howard is capable at becoming apart of the staff team and I myself believe it would be better with him on it so good luck pal

Ngl as a staff I played on sup and that shit may of been what your talking about but this server is way different in alot of aspects and none of your propositions actually are true or apply to the orbital community maybe check the discord and see we are expanding to more servers

I don't know you that well but I would like to start my response with the fact you have have a warn for racism yet in your application you said you show "respect" and maturity witch isn't very promising if you applying for staff and for this reason I'm unfortunately gonna -1 but don't take it too harshly as I do believe there is a spot for someone like you on the staff team I just don't feel like you quite there
