I think that it is about time a responded to Pharam's staff application I have known Pharam a long time since the days when we both staffed on Iconic and I can honestly say that he is someone who fits staff. When he was staff he was always active, taking tickets at like 4am was always committed to the server and really cared for the community and it's future. Pharam is someone who is very easy to get along with, is not the person to hold grudges and treat others unfairly. As he was ex staff he has knowledge of the server rules and how to enforce them correctly. Yes after he was staff he broke the rules when he knew the rules and knew not too. I think that everyone is remembering him as someone who was Perma banned but not as the good staff member he used to be. He made a mistake and now he has the chance to prove that he has moved pass it. I think that Pharam deserves another chance at staffing. +1

Hey, I am back playing on the server again after a couple of months. Lots changed since the last time I played. For all the boomers of the server, I am happy to be playing with you again. For the new people I don't know I hope we can get along and play. A Lot has changed and I don't know the majority of people anymore. So I'll see you all in-game. Glad to be back.

I meant to reply sooner to your application sorry that I have taken so long. I would not say that I am -1 you but I want to ask a quick question that concerns me. Obviously being a staff member you need to remain active to keep your role. While reading your application I noticed that you mentioned that you own a gaming community. Is your role as the owner gonna hold you back from being active as a staff member on the server?

+1 Mr Balls is a kind person who is easy to get along with on the server. He is active on all of the orbitals platforms being In-game or on the forums and discord. My interaction with you have always been positive and I never had or seen you have a bad experience with anyone on the server. When he is in-game he reports rule breakers to staff and manages to always follow the rules, this is evident with your 0 warns on the server. He shows maturity in all aspects and I believe that you can remain calm when things become stressful. For the reason mentioned above, I believe that if you were given a chance to staff on the server you could do many good things. Good luck with your application!

Bunned is a person who is nice and easy to get along with. He is a player who follows the rules and reports rule breakers. Has past experience showing me and others that he is capable of staffing a server with a large number of players. Bunned can keep his cool in stressful situations.
