My Credentials of authentication are as follows Former Staff Member (Attaining the Rank of Admin) Former DBO Former Commissioner Current Trusted So, without further ado lets begin. First of all lets start with the basics the base you will have to build before progressing. It is important you spend your minimum time required getting to know the community, some of the best ways to do this is to start shops, host insufferable podcasts or main PD. The final option is the most ideal for speed running staff as there's lots of opportunities to express your ability to be mature (at least in the eyes of staff), additionally you will find your biggest supporters are your PD colleagues. That's the easy part! you'll want to develop a reasonably positive relationship with 2 +members of PD command, and eventually discuss the chance of becoming a 2ic, this is imperatives for a speed run because most 2ic's don't make applications to become commissioners or commanders and are simply allowed through. Now, the final step Application. To earn extra bread you can always look at people with high forum activity (Typically trusted members and social rejects) and befriend them aswell as their plus one matters alot. -1 Hey Amy! So, alike my comrades Cowboy and Mr Osama I am just not confident providing a +1 here. I find your activity within the community is definitely adequate however your community image and general commanding respect is relatively low. Whilst I find you play PD consistently, when you are not training I often observe you with the same select people, which is fine! However this leads to me not seeing a whole lot of you leading people. Finally alot of your reasonings for wanting Commissioner involve a desire to fulfil duty's you should already be fulfilling as 2IC! My suggestions on how to improve is to continue in co-hosting events and getting your name more well known! Prove me wrong - Ragnar

Additionally in the few sits I've handled with you, your always looking for the best and most reasonable outcome with players and tend to be open to education rather then punishment which I think is a great feature for a trusted member to possess.
