(Show Screenshot): The first warning I got was me on a bay day I had a shit day and I killed some guy when I was angry ya know but I honestly regret doing that and the second warning was when I was baseing with sinister we owned half of the base I killed jack stone while he was raiding sinister and I didn't realize until the last second I couldn't help sinister while he was being raided because I wasn't apart of his gang or his door my bad. (Provide examples): No I have 0 experience but I am eager to learn whatever is needed. i have never had a job around this sorta stuff but I am eager to learn Why do you believe that you deserve this staffing position?: Because I am a dedicated player and i always am active on the server and i love helping the community out and sorting problems out with players on the server and I am pretty dedicated when it comes to improving on rules when they are in a certain grey area that needs work and I'm always around if people need a hand and I'm on early most days and I am always eager to learn new things about being in this role or whatever role comes my way. Explain your ability to work as a team (Using Examples): I can assist other staff members when they are busy with tickets and assist as much as I can I am very knowledgeable when it comes to rules and I always take my time to try and resolve tickets as best as i can and help take loads of the other staff members back with tickets. I have worked in the past with my father in a trucking company I am very coordinated when the task is that hand as an example I was working in a scaffold yard a forklift driver asked me for a hand to put a big metal piece that had been powder coated on the forklift forks we both picked up at the same thing on each end of the metal piece What qualities will you bring to the staff team?: I am a friendly and chill guy I like helping the community as much as possible as that is one of my qualities. I am a genuine person and I am very mature when it comes to any situation. i do have a bit of a dry sense of humor so don't be annoyed if I don't laugh at every joke. I am very Professional when it comes to being a staff member even no I have 0 experience. Do you agree not to abuse or misuse the powers given to moderate the server?: Yes I will never abuse or misuse the powers given to me to moderate the server.
