Hey Walterberg, first I'd just like to say that I am entirely in the wrong for kicking you, however a fellow staff member told me to just check the toolgun logs and as I did so, saw you were the only player that was spawning them in, I did not see any logs of Andrew Tate and came to the conclusion it was you. In saying this however, I don't think you blatantly painting me out to be aggressive is fair, me saying "cry" was a reaction to your sarcasm and hostility toward me, again, as a staff member is wrong and it is my responsibility to attack other players even when they have an issue with me. Your thread here feels very fake as well in my opinion, it comes more out of spite than out of worry of me abusing my powers. I tried to offer you compensation as I felt bad for making you lose your progress, and you told me to "get fucked" when I offered 100k, I'm not too aware on how heightened the economy is right now but trying to use this as an edge to say I was bribing you is simply not true, I wouldn't gain anything from it. My reason for being heated in sit was due to the fact that I really didn't know which one of you was causing the sound emitter issue, as again (as I have showed fellow staff) the only person who showed up in logs was you. I was bluffing and Andrew ended up confessing pretty much right away, hence why I didn't let you explain your story per say. I'm happy to take a punishment for this but please make sure in the future you don't maliciously paint others in a bad light and leave these certain facts out. If you have any clips that you think will disprove what I've said, feel free to forward it to management. - Osama

+1 Mr Sand I find is on the server quite often, he's friendly and does not come off as toxic or mingy to me at all. While I was a bit worried about your lack of reasoning for trusted, overall it seems you have no bad intentions and I see no real reason why I could -1 you as you don't have any warns and are decently active. On a side note it pisses me off when I try to teleport myself to someone for sits and such and your name always comes up before mine lmao Good luck man - Osama

+1 I think we should give you a shot at event staff, I won't lie, your warns are EXTREMELY concerning but I think with some time and working on yourself you'd make an amazing event staff, and currently we would like some people to help make some really nice events, like Ryl has said, you've made some pretty good things in the past, just continue following the rules and it'll play in your favour Good luck man Osama

+1 I will say, this is an irl friend of mine and I'm aware that I will have some leniency towards this application, however in saying that, the application is short and I won't deny that, but after knowing him for years, I can confidently say that he would make a great member of the staff team, he has worked many jobs in his time and was up until quite recently a manager of his job, however is quitting due to personal reasons, this definitely shows me that he has the qualities of a leader, and I would trust him with a staffing position. He is lovely to everyone I know and would be able to fit in with our staff and show everyone that he is good to work with. Good luck Osama

+1 First of all, Personally I believe a lot of the points that have been made prior aren't exactly great criticisms as we have a minimum rank for a reason, you have hit that minimum therefore there shouldn't be any argument to be made there. Now onto your application and you as a person, While I believe that you're a bit immature at times, you've been known to show maturity when you're asked to and to be sensible, however know that if you act out too much in this role, you will be removed. Your application is great and for the most part I don't have an issue with it. The recent warn I don't have too much of an issue with but again, if you act out you will be stripped of your role which I'm sure you're aware of. I believe its worth giving you a shot and it might open up some more doors in the future. Good luck man - Osama

So lads its time, I've been staff for a decent amount of time however all good times must come to an end, I know a lot of you don't like me an I know I probably wasn't the greatest staff member but I will miss every single one of you. I really do appreciate all of you again for making GMOD a genuine fun experience again and I hope that the current staff will go on to make the server even better. I will be active in PD still and hopefully will try to make substantial changes. Such as that leveling system which I hope we can eventually push out since that'd be pretty fucking cool. I would do what other staff members that have resigned in the past and listed the names of all the people they love and shit but honestly I really do like everyone in this community no matter how retarded you can all be, probably repeating myself here but yeah. Good luck to everyone in the future and I wish you all the best, I may apply again in the future when I've got my life sorted.

-1 I'm still not confident with you being staff just because of how immature you are, you still consistently whine about not having it and joking about it which I just cannot see as a good trait in a staff member. Whilst you might help others in game I've seen multiple instances of shady shit, such as writing ban appeals for other players. I do not believe you show great qualities to be a staff member because of this. Good luck man - Osama

-1 I've seen you around before and whilst you're an okay player, you literally just came back and there's been a huge flux of new players since then, and they just don't know who you are. Trusted members are usually considered to be active players and people we know interact in the community on the discord, forums and in game. John Kevin has also left you some very good tips as well and I do agree with what he's stated. I'd suggest waiting a while before making another application. Good luck man - Osama
