Why do you believe that you deserve this staffing position?: I have am a by the books kind of guy. I follow the rules exactly as they are stated, and when consulting or debating rules, I check through everything to ensure my final statement is correct. I know that I can provide a sense of stability and fairness where others are frustrated with at the moment. Explain your ability to work as a team (Using examples): I can't provide any examples for why I work well as a team. But in real life I can use my part time job as an example. I set up and take down double tents from 7am in the morning to around 3pm in the afternoon. I work with a small team whose task is to get every tent of the 25 packed and moved into storage, including taking care of the beds and all other accessories. To get my job done on time, I have to work quickly and efficiently with my team. I make sure I listen to other peoples ideas, input my own, and always remember I'm apart of the team and not leading it. I break down the task I have to do and get into a rhythm that when started won't stop its break time.
