+1 I genuinely don't think I have seen you play anything other than PD if there is not an event on, saying that you are active as a PD member and I have seen you displaying great knowledge of PD RP in-game, whether it relates to rules or experience. You roleplay properly and I've also observed you helping PD member several times, including myself. Wish you the best of luck man!

I was and am sure I still will be able to be a good judge of character for probational officers and carefully and observe how others play in our community. Putting it simply, I have an eagle eye for good talent and malignant behaviour, and I am experienced, putting the rules before what others call "fun" regardless of what that person will think of me as a result. Explain what you would be giving to the community, once received this role: apart from the obvious "more commissioners, less probational promotion waiting time", I will do my best to improve/maintain good PD standards and reputation. I plan to do this in many ways but I have 3 main methods; 1. planning and creating RP training situations that are more tactical rather than just combat analysis. 2. actively giving suggestions and tips to officers on how to better handle situations (for both RP and PVP aspects), as well as taking PD members for patrols. 3. I will bring consistency to PD. To elaborate, I will both make sure that PD members that are putting in a good effort to their roleplay (while sticking to the rules) are rewarded and feel encouraged to continue doing so, and consistently bring consequences upon those who force me to do so. I am reliable and can do any reasonable PD RP related work requested from me, including filling in for somebody last minute when available. he's on quite a bit, but tonight i saw a bit of a worse side to him... was advertising his trusted app (first thing i saw logging on basically) and was encouraging RDM'ers to kill chad and harass him. its understandable to not like a player but bullying someone due to age is straight up disgusting. -1 From me

people think they got rdmed by htimen all the time, same issue that can be solved by a pop up notification

(Discord, Forums, Other): In Game Details/Information about your suggestion: giving medics the ability to revive/resuscitate players, allowing them to keep equipped items and perhaps bypass NLR. NOTE: I do think this ability should only be use-able on people with rp relations to the medic only, and perhaps only useable by hired medics as well. How do you think this will benefit the community?: Would attract more players to try the supportive medic roles as they would gain A LOT more value and might actually have a chance of being hired without having another friend hire them lol. i reckon it should be the armory, and 50k is a lot of money. instead i think a smaller sum like $15-25k and the armory should drop random shipments. just remember it still should be more rewarding than raiding bank since cops can break nlr and make it aids

Well pd being raided more isnt a bad thing honestly, specially since cops can break NLR in pd raids and its very against raiders lol.
