I dont know man, AwesomRAD is such a strange case when it comes to staff applications. On one hand, you are a great player and fairly active, I personally never have been annoyed by you as some people are saying, which makes me assuming that people just hate him because of his voice (stupid btw, cmon guys) And on the other, i remember seeing you make a stupid number of tickets, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but can create bad repor within the community, and your available time in total with 12 hours may cause a situation that i had been in when i was staff. I always just never had time. The exemption given by arpo shows that the higher-staff team has hope in you, and while i cant say that i have a lot of hope in you as a staff member, i believe you deserve a chance. I personally think you will find it hard to cope with the multitasking of a sit, and the problem-solving deduction required, but i can see it being possible. I wish a 0 score existed to see where the flow of the server is pointing and decide later, but right now, i am going to give you a +1 Good luck man, I wanna see you give the position a crack.

Despite this, I only got 1 warning because the staff team loves me and couldn't bare to see me get a strike, because im soo handsome. This shows my representation in the staff team is very positive, as I had brainwashed all staff members to love me. The only person i couldn't do that too was cunt, because he's already too far into the matrix. Why do you believe that you deserve Veteran Staff?: I believe i deserve veteran staff because i came up with this new application format, as it seemed like a good idea. Also, I don't necessarily mind taking tickets, but due to requiring time to sell cheap chinese products on tiktok and school, the quota system doesn't work for me. So, I'll help people like duckers when tickets back up for 3 minutes and the real staff that do the job for a living are twiddling their thumbs. Im also just such a nice guy, I mean i let off a lot of people off with a warn after x5 MRDM cause im just so forgiving x. How will you use your powers in the server, other than abusing them?: I want to make youtube videos to revive the server with my powers, that will promote the server and create a demand for darkrp again in Australia. Maybe even tiktoks, and sell the servers data to the Chinese government. Since the current content creators do nothing, I want to carry the torch and be actually interesting. Ideas include: Isolation experiment 2 Interviews MRDM trolling Selling Rocket launchers for 5k What qualities will you bring to the veteran staff members that specifically Pharam does not bring?: I bring money, and a lot of it. Pharam spends a lot of his money on femboy memorabilia meaning i am the only person that has money anymore. I have a 4k webcam, a pc that doesn't ask for nudes, a sexy femboy on my desk, and editing skills. I also have connections with some retards that can be fake players because no-one actually has any talent on the server these days. Do you agree to only abuse your powers every once in a while?: Yes. +1 Im accepting this guy myself man, get him on the staff team. He's got stupidly good activity, which makes me question if he has a life. However, that's whats needed out of any good staff member. He's also event staff, and has only abused his power like twenty times or so (low for event staff)

+1 Long time player of the server, and its amazing to see him return. I strongly believe he deserves admin, back in the day, this guy had made a big name for himself on the server, participating in any roleplay that was on at the time, and overall, was a funny cunt. This mantle still holds up in 2023, with him enjoying the server in a friendly manner, obviously, this personality also included a slight amount of minging, but i can definitely see that this is a behavior that is super easily stopped when needed to, he has a great maturity level, which may be bias, considering mine is terrible. Ive always had nice interactions with you, but like what pressedcharges said, maybe try and roleplay with the community a bit more in the future. But like the previous people have said, try and be part of the community again for a bit longer, and reapply then. But you can definitely get this role in my eyes, i think time is your only setback! -1 Cant say i know this guy very well, I mean to be fair, all of the interactions i've had with him haven't really been negative. However, like what duckers said, i have never seen you build anything significant, so there is not much proof that you could be a valuable asset to the team. While your application is pretty basic, and it seems like you are rushing the staff ranks a little bit, i think its a literal crime to not give this guy a +1. This application is well overdue, I've never seen this guy raise his voice, or get genuinely mad at someone. He is an absolute treat in PD events (when they happen) and is just the perfect guy to talk to all round. his guy is the exact kind of person i want to work with on the staff team, and im almost sure he will be on it in no time.
