Local ooc is cool because you can talk to a group of people next to you in ooc chat instead of it going to everyone especially if your building or doing anything ooc related its not hard to be implemented. (Radios or Tvs) a Tv could be used by staff in certain events big screen. and or a small tv for a large amount of credits or something. for Donator wouldn't just bring in more players it would bring in more donations for the server I understand that's why there's night club manager but its different because it could be used within the rules. For Instance a Rule that says you may not use a Radio or Tv on the streets and you're not allowed to play earrape or racist thing's over it and you may not profit or run any sort of venue that has anything to do with your Radio/Tv and you may not have your radio near another Radio/tv or a Nightclub manager which should be easy to avoid considering its a big map and only two slots for nightclub manager this idea could entice new players and old players into joining staying or even playing more often. Its not massive but little things can make a big difference on the server Small changes not big.

+1 Very well known throughout the community has previous experience as a staff member not just active extremely active would be dedicated and well suited for a position knows the rules very well to not have a single warn with that playtime something I couldn't do. Goodluck James

I believe it would be beneficial before anything to get the two drug groups done properly before thinking about Nerfing up or down on ether make a 10minute or a 15minute Cooldown where Props and Items in inventory for both roles stay for 10-15minutes Reason:Crashing mulitple times on both roles creating fustration for not only me but most people who play ether role which clearly isn't client side tried 32bit 64bit and Normal Garrys mod to get around this error but ether way you look at it you can have the computer hardware but its no use if it doesn't stop crashing when using these two roles if you have another suggestion or idea or way around this issue and have never experienced problems reply down below! I have asked for this to be fixed but I believe this would be a easier way around the problem to be implemented.

Both have there ups and downs as Glorified gardener you have to be very cautious of hitman and loosing inventory of weed wheres as a meth cook you can get killed with a inventory of meth and retain it after death both are very equal because meth is harder to cook/create.

+1 GolTAW is very professional in the way he conducts himself throughout the server and community and whom is one of the most active players on the server currently definitely deserves a chance to get a spot within staff team has a none biased attitude very likely to fit in well Goodluck.

Personally I don’t eat pineapple Pizza on a usual basis but when I do I highly prefer the exquisite taste of freshly cut pineapple that’s not out of a Can the pineapple becomes to sweet which creates a unbalanced flavour.

- 1 +1>Suggestion But my honest is opinion is that Mike was more of a security guard his backstory is that he was a previous Police officer and wasn't a hitman like he could be a PD Character that's voted on than Mayor or Meth Cooks and Drug Dealer, Banker can hire him sort of like a Single Wild Card of PD Hire Minimum 10k but can work with Pd as security for free with access to all 2h weapons from Locker except Shields because Waltuh isn't a pussy an doesn't use shields and has a health bar of 150-125 an access to (PD events)Maybe) in DarkRP.
