In the short time I've played on orbital, I have progressed a lot, I have become a well know face around the server, made so many friends, some I hope to stay in contact with. However I have been demoted as staff, due to reasons I will not discuss on here. I didn't want to leave the server, however I have noticed gmod has been consuming too much of my time and I think this demotion was probably for the better, I no longer have that commitment to the server and therefore no longer see a reason to keep playing. I know this may come as disappointment to some of you and I'm sorry for that, and I wish the best of luck you all of your future endevours. I have made a list of some of my favourite members of this community, these are the people who I have had the best of memories with, this however is not a list of all the people I like, just the ones that come to mind when I think of my time played on orbital. Huge -1 first off, Your activity is mediocre at best, no forum activity, seen you maybe once on discord, 1 hour over the minimum playtime. Secondly, I don't even know how you could possibly get that many warnings in such a short period of time AND a ban. Thirdly, I am yet to have a single positive interaction with you like so many other people have mentioned. Fourth, Your application is a complete joke and my 5 y/o cousin could've written a more detailed application. You are just not a TRUSTWORTHY person to have on the server. However, I do hope to see your character change over the time you spend on the server, I'm sure you have potential to be a part of this community in a positive way but from what I've seen you are yet to make an attempt to. +1 Honestly have no idea how you're not already trusted, great person ingame, no really recent warns/low warns, very active very well known in the community. These are all qualities of a trusted rank.

Brad would be a massive addition to the staff of orbital, great friendly face to see around, contributing to the server everyday, all in all a great person to be around, his social personality is both humorous and serious, and he a great sense of environment. He is also a commissioner, a tough role to play but vital to the community. Because of this i will be giving a +1 to brad Good luck with your applictation!

Seagull is one of the greats in this server, he is always surprising me with his humor and excellent social skill, he hasn't received any warns this year which shoes he has changed a lot over the time he's spent on the server and it really does reflect on the person he is today, I would love to see him in a staffing position and that's why i will be giving seagull a massive +1

My real life line of work is in the army, I believe this specific line of work contains a lot of the necessary skills that can be easily applied to gmod administration e.g. Managing tough situations calmly and efficiently, I can also be a very assertive in situations where it's needed which I strongly believe is a incredibly important skill when it comes to administration. Why do you believe that you deserve this staffing position?: Over the time I have spent on this server I have shown almost all examples of what a staff member should be, from helping players learn the game, to teaching rules to users who are breaking the rules yet unaware, I am very friendly with the entire community and play my roles exactly how they are supposed to be played while including humor where I see it fit. What qualities will you bring to the staff team?: I believe that my, fast eye for detail, my great self awareness, and my situational assertiveness are all major qualities for a stand-out staff member.
