However, I have interacted with you only a couple of times but I do believe that you can improve that a bit. I do believe that commander of SWAT will be a hard task but I am sure I have the required skill set to go above and beyond the expected performance of an average SWAT Commander, I also love being apart of the SWAT and I believe that I will be able to benefit the SWAT team with me being on the Commander role. Explain what you would be giving to the community, once received this role: Once I receive the Commander role, I will be sure that I see what I can do to benefit the SWAT Team, I would go out and host patrols, check out the streets and make sure that all PD and SWAT Officers are doing the correct thing. Some qualities that I know that make me stand out from other Police Officers is the ability to work as a team, in a team I work really well to get things done. I also hold the ability to be in charge of different situations so as the SWAT commander I will be sure that I will uphold that standard. Some other qualities that make me stand out from other officers is I can be disciplined and that I can be sure that anything that will happened in SWAT will be carried out in a professional manner.
