-1 Unfortunately, the standard or usual minimum rank to apply for Commissioner is Senior Sergeant. As you do not meet the requirements and I have personally never seen any leadership qualities while watching you (Not to say there isn't any), I don't think you would make a great addition to the command team. I think you need to focus on getting out there a bit more, I want to see you lead and exhibit role-model qualities. Fantastic application, however you're going to have to put yourself out there a little bit more before I can consider a +1. Best of luck though

-1 Hey buddy! So I don't want you to be deterred by all this negative feedback and comments, please take it as constructive criticism. You're still very young and you have plenty of time to mature yourself and make change where needed. Personally I think you're incredibly friendly and respectful. During PD events you are very responsible and overall, I would love to +1 this Tiny. However, this application is very low effort, too low effort that unfortunately I can't give you the +1 I think you deserve. I'd say keep doing what you're doing, post on forums a bit and re-apply with a better application. best of luck bud

-1 Personally, your application doesn't highlight your value as a commander or prove why you should really be a commander at all. From what others have highlighted however, you are a very toxic player and fairly immature. I think you need to work on your overall character and personality before you are considered for this position. Good luck in the future
