(Provide examples): Admin for 6 months about 7 years ago, forgot the name of the server (i would personally say this is irrelevant as i was too young and don't remember much of the experience) Why do you believe that you deserve this staffing position?: I do hate the word deserve, but let's go; I am an older individual that has experience with high volumes of repsonability in life. My highest responsability would be that i was hired to run a small business. My small staffing experience left with me the familiarity with moderation systems, though that was 7 years ago and times change. I know i have to keep the reputation of myself and the server in mind while on duty, as my actions will have an effect on player retention. i am able to be unbiased at all times and display a customer/player oritated attidude while on duty. I am going into online study for the next 3 years so i have all the time in the world to be active on the server/discord/forums. I am sometimes active when there are no staff online and i feel the need to fill that gap. I will dedicate my time to familiries myself with the rules and all it's nuances by going to other staff members to recieve their input and make aware if there is any inconsistencies. I may have not done anything extravagant in my time on the server, that is not my goal. I have helped in small ways, either give peopel osme money to start up their time on the server, Talk wiremod with other people and help them along the way. make others aware of their actions and cool off people. Only noticble things i have done; Casino RP Detective RP (i need to do more work on that, and i do wish to help mersman in his quest to bring detective to a better standard) PD RP, I have been gaining ranks in PD very quickly when comparing to my peers, and i have shown my discipline. Explain your ability to work as a team (Using examples): I have been in the work force for many years, i am been in a micro-soldering company called Cochlear and teamwork is required to succeed in that position. There are high standars and it is line work, so what i do to the component needs to be a certain standard so my fellow workmates can do their job. I was a active member in SWRP, though on another server and have gone through the rnaks very quickly there to. If there is any convertable experience that would be my highest recent achievement in GMOD. I got to 2nd in command for a regiment with high competition. the server was the most popular SWRP in my time.
