Why do you believe that you deserve this staffing position?: I believe I deserve this position because my previous staff position has given me patience and ability to be calm in a stressful situation and the responsibility I have now. I already understand what it takes to be staff and now have the time to do so. I believe I am very respectful to everyone and I try to treat everyone with equality and fairness. With all my experience staffing I know how to rationally make a choice without the use of my emotions and know how to control them in intense high pressure situations. I have been in the community for a while now and have seen many staff members come and go and I know what it takes. I also enjoy roaming around the map and meeting new people to further connect within the community as well as helping new members and staff will just help me do it more. Explain your ability to work as a team (Using examples): Well not only can I work as a team I have ran one myself and understand what it requires. also my previous staff experience here has given me the ability to work as a team along with the job I have, I understand what it takes and work very well within one. I'm going to have to -1 this app, personally I don't think you have a high community presence and you have the bare minimum hours , you have 0 warns which is good but I think you should get your play time up and increase your community presence.

(Detective, undercover, etc.): Detective Why do you believe that you should be a Commissioner or Commander?: I believe I should be commissioner cause I am active a lot and always attend training, I always try to help out the new cops just coming on the server and help them out with getting promoted to constable, my knowledge of the rules in PD has improved massively and I believe my activity could help out massively with training and PD. I have great team working skills and feel that could come in handy if I do become commissioner, I feel also I am trusted and well known in the police force, I'd like to think I have a good reputation within the PD and newer people look up to me as I am also a staff member. Explain what you would be giving to the community, once received this role: I would help out PD trainings and do my own training if no one else is online, I would be able to put more effort into events that specialize PD and Detectives as well as have small events to make people more interested in the PD. What are some qualities that make you stand out from other Police Officers? Many people in PD know who I am within the PD. I am nice and respectful to all new PD members and the people who have been in PD longer, I know how to take a joke and leave my personal feelings outside of PD. Being a PD trainer means I can also train probations and help guide new people wanting to invest more time into PD. Phat +1 Hey mythic firstly your super active on the server, you have always been nice and friendly to me and others and I think your mature enough for staff honestly I don't know what took you so long. Your very active and almost always on the server and you have 4w playtime, and I think you would be a good fit for staff However your app is a bit low detail but I still believe you deserve a good shot at staff.

-1 Hey Beerie I'm going to have to agree with tuppy on this and I don't believe your community presence is to high either. I just think you need a little more time to get well known in the community before you apply for staff and don't you have a trusted app up rn? I also believe you need a bit of time to further get the rules after what happened with that whole kidnapping incident. Other than that your app is really good and if you wait a bit longer like a couple weeks and get your presence up then I think you have a higher chance.

+1 Well where do I start, you have always been nice to me. Never too mingy. Has a great understanding of the rules and I think you would be a good addition to the staff team. You have been in DarkRP for a while now and know your way around things and know how everything works. You have also contributed to the server in may various was such as social media posts and what not. There is something though Id like to point out, when I was in a sit the other guy went off at me and was being super toxic and rude and you had a go at him which I thought was funny and nice because you were defending me and saying some really nice things, but I'm sure you know you shouldn't do as a staff member. You have completely plagiarized @thyking trusted application, to make it worse you have the bare minimum playtime and I don't think I've seen you in the server once so its going to have to be a solid -1

Why do you believe that you deserve this staffing position?: I believe that my past staffing experience would make me a good fit for this role. I'm always nice around people and I don't let my emotions effect my decisions. A lot of my time is walking around main street and meeting and interacting with new people, I find it enjoyable. I believe my previous staff position has given me my patience and being able to be calm in a stressful situation and the responsibility I have now.
